The deadline for receipt of applications is May 5, 2023. Interested students must complete an application and provide one letter of recommendation (see Part 4 of the application for instructions) to be eligible. The camp is free, but the application process is a competitive one, as only 26 students are selected for each camp (for a total of 52 students). Students who will be in the 7th and 8th grades during the 2023-2024 school year are eligible to apply and are encouraged to take advantage of this incredibly fun and educational opportunity!ĪCE Camp’s mission is to introduce students to a variety of careers that are available in aerospace, to learn about aviation, and to understand the importance of air transportation within our economy and society. There will be two free, four-day, in-person camps held the week of June 6-9 and June 20-23, 2023.Įach camp will run Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. The Federal Aviation Administration’s Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in partnership with AAR, Airframe Maintenance-Oklahoma City and the Metro Technology Center’s Aviation Career Campus are excited to announce the return of the Aviation Career Education (ACE) Camp with this year’s theme: “I am an Aviation Influencer”! Applications are now being accepted for the 2023 Aviation Career Education (ACE) Camp.
